It was fairly clean and brilliant place with very good location and staff.

Gorgeous hotel, we liked the professional staff and brand-new room. This property was located in a central area close enough to midtown, the Theatre District and the subway for convenience concierge.

I loved the place and its location and staff.

I liked my 1 night stay. The room was neat with two double beds and had an electronic key card, a work desk and a TV. Brilliant food served, like fruit, cereals and yoghourt.

We lovely spend 6 nights in New York. Comforts of executive double room were fabulous - a personal safe, air conditioner and an iron. It had central location close to Therapy.

The hotel was exceptionally cleanwith lovely interior and nestled in a beautiful building. Attentive staff in the reception desk and free Wi-Fi.

The hotel was fabulous and reasonably clean with attentive staff in the reception desk.

This hotel was good value. Picturesque view, excellent choice of pastries, tea, hot waffles, fruit and pancakes at the continental breakfast. Wooden furniture and private bathroom, free wireless internet access, coffee and armchairs in the room. Pool was lovely and beds were great.

Our room had an exceptionally comfortable bed, it was tasteful. The breakfast was exceptionally good and had pastries, eggs, sausages, pancakes and fresh fruit! The staff were funny and genuinely professional, they offered an excellent service.

The hotel was stunningly beautiful, location was perfect right on Times Square, bountiful breakfast.

Freshly prepared breakfasts with mass produced eggs and potatoes, as for instance, the staff were helpful.

Absolutely charming & spotless place, terrific staff. I booked an executive queen room, it was huge and had WiFi, fridge and dining area. I loved their friendly check in and the service was admirable! Not to mention fine wifi!

I loved the non-smoking room, the pool was very clean.

Efficient hotel, good value, compared to other options. Bed was comfy and the room was adequate. The restaurant was terrific and its delicious dishes are to die for.

The property was nice budget, the staff was fantastic, everything else was amazing too. The packed breakfast included fresh fruit, cereal, pastries, bangers and breads, but we were in a hurry and didn't try all the menu. The hotel was perfectly placed. Had fine juices, cocktails, tea and gins in the cocktail bar.

Enjoyed the place, fun stay. A GOOD choice of good food for continental breakfast. Standard room was updated with really comfortable bed. All in all everything was so perfect, nevertheless we had very small bathroom.

Everything was spotless and we had very peaceful time.

A main touristic hotel with fresh food. Well-planned room with a perfectly comfortable bed which I loved. Brilliant location, just a walk down to Minskoff Theatre. Quiet area. My stay here was VERY LOVELY.
